Two of the most generous and kind people just got married... to each other! Congrats to them. I first met Sarah and Yaniv after my husband and I finished flipping our second property and placed it up for rent. I liked them instantly and they were quickly our new tenants, and we were their landlords. Two descriptors I still think sound weird. Just a few weeks after getting them settled in their new home, it became official that we were moving to the Bay Area for my husband's job. Though we hardly knew Sarah and Yaniv, I didn't have a doubt in the world that they were going to take wonderful care of our place while we were away... and they did.
After a year of renting from us, they decided to buy a home of their own and I wasn't sure if our paths would continue to connect, so when Sarah contacted me about photographing their wedding, I could not have been more flattered and excited. From tenants to clients! And knowing, before even having an initial consultation, that your clients are fun, kind and full of love, is absolutely a dream.
The weather the week of Sarah and Yaniv's Denver City Park wedding on the other hand, was not a dream. Snow. In late May. Sigh. But these two rolled with it. They found a large suite at Hotel Teatro and moved there park ceremony inside. And then, as Mother Nature so often does, she changed her mind and though it was cool on the day of their wedding, there was no snow. Oh nature.
But there celebration was gorgeous regardless! They continued the evening part of their celebration at TAG Restaurant in Larimer Square and it was a fun-filled evening, packed with good food and drink and endless amounts of smiles. Congrats you two, thank you for having me as part of your wedding!
